Frosty is a 1 year old, blue eyed white, castrated male. We think he is totally deaf and has not got 100% vision but copes very well when he has got to know you. He is very curious but at present, hand shy. Hopefully daily interactions and a girlfriend will help him. Frosty does love to explore.
